Talking about fresh vegies, fruits, and living a vegetarian life, I’ve said it earlier that it isn’t really a big assurance that you’ll hit the 100% healthy living. According to a reliable source, chemicals are being used to grow these vegies and fruits to acquire a massive production for a massive demand. So, the thing here is that we have no more escape on this because chemicals are being possessed inside the stuffs that we eat. Thorough washing will never work on this because the sting of the chemicals flows throughout the grains of these fruits and vegetables. Now, there’s no way for an escape!
