It was late in July when mother started buying materials for her crochet project. Then a week after everything’s on the table, she finally made a design, a plan on how to start, and a target date to finish it. For several months my mother spent time working on it. It has been her way to escape boredom and she also used it as a way to easily fell asleep at nighttime. Until now it wasn’t yet done and she told me that I will take more months to finish since it was actually designed to fit the window.
I prefer to use a sling bag rather than a backpack or knapsack. That’s why my girlfriend tried to ask me curiously about who I really am. She was thinking that I’m a gay because most of the time we met each other she saw me with my small purple sling bag which is actually my favorite bag. Well, I told her that first of all the bag isn’t enough to judge my personality. Secondly, I preferred to use a sling bag because I went to places wherein pickpockets are plenty and there goes the purpose because I can simply place my bag in front of me. So, it is a matter of comfort and safety that’s why I chose to use my sling bag.
Mama’s doing her crochet. She started it last month when I tried to suggest to her to try make it as her hobby since she was complaining that she felt bored after doing some chores are home. Well, now that she’s into it I saw a lot of changes at her. Mama is doing really great at it and I could see the improvement every day.
