I went to an internet café yesterday, around 5 o’clock in the afternoon. I went over the attendant to get the number of the particular unit that will cater my needs. The number of the PC unit was 15. I sat immediately after I have located the unit. Suddenly I felt something messy on the desk particularly the mouse pad. Gosh! It was the yucky wet dirty mouse pad that I was able to lean my palms on. I didn’t notice it right before I settle because I was thinking of nothing else but to go surfing. I complained it to the attendant and gladly, she was so approachable and friendly. She replaced it with a spare pad that was obviously brandnew. Well, I guess the last user was having sweaty hands.
Living far away from the people closest to you is very sad. You gotta be missing them so much to the point that you’ll be feeling sick or commonly called as “home sick”. It is a condition wherein due to too much loneliness and wanting to gain the affection that you are looking for, you’d result to sickness. Well, sick because you wouldn’t be eating regular or skipping meals.
This is common to those people who are working abroad for their families here in the Philippines. But I know my fellow Filipino people would do anything for their family and that makes them stronger to push through and pursue their dreams. Now that’s what a Filipino is.
Everybody is considered to be critics. Somehow, it’s a kind of responsibility that we need to do for a good purpose. Though most of the time the word “Critics” would visualize a strict and perfectionist personality, it is based on what I saw in my daily living. Well precisely it’s a kind of ability that we show when we act in the state of that character. Being a critic towards a particular thing, person, or whatever is that things that we are supposed to encounter, permits us to observe and allow our senses to function towards a scenario. So all this stuffs would mean that a critic is an individual geared to complement, react, suggest, or praise whatever he/she saw. Everything is pointed unto the improvement of certain aspect of that particular person or thing.
Going for another extra mile will take another amount of gasoline when we talk about cars. Now, how about man? Well, this is kinda specific pointing to those oldies. I would like to share the thought of my father about my father’s own definition on how to get more miles in life. As of now he’s old but still looking fine though his breathing has differed a lot due to aging.
We sometimes argue due to his daily walks which I believed it dangerous to his health. There are couples of time that I was able to have a hard argumentation with him because he doesn’t really listen to us. It is because he walks daily even if the sun is obviously burning of heat. I have told him many times that he must not be doing that if he wants to live longer. At first he just shows us with his action of disagreement. Until the point came that he was so full and wants to speak his side. He then says “Don’t you know that the more I stay the severe my breathing goes? Do you want me to be bedridden at all time until my last breath?” We were stuck at that point and didn’t say anything. He added “Don’t worry about me. If I could manage to walk, I would do! And if not, it’s time for me to start kiss the ground and crawl!” Well, that’s what he believes and I rather stay silent and let him do things that he likes. As long as he enjoys his life and he was satisfied, I will perhaps be happy also.
The opening of the school year is almost in the reach. Students will then be back on their daily schemes such as studying, waking up earlier in the morning, carry those heavy bags, make projects, do assignments and many more. Hence they will say goodbye to those toys and playmates that they usually enjoy daily during the vacation. It’s time to think of more important matters in life and be serious with it. I also undergone to that stage of being like homesick wherein the moment that I was on school, I think of the fun things I did at home and it makes me sick. Yes! Really sick! In fact I always got absences in my record in the first 2 to 3 weeks of classes. That’s why I always understand those little kids who suffer from being scolded by their moms in the earliest of the morning.
School year is almost at its peak and its graduation time again. It is one of the students most memorable days. Off course, a student is supposed to be so much thankful and happy because it is the means of being at school for a couple of years spending hardships together with the teachers at school. Anyways, it is not purely hardship because sometimes students experience happiness especially when they got passing grades, achieves something at school, or simply a enjoying their school days with their friends. I want to congratulate all the graduates of the batch 2010 for being successful in their studies.
Sometimes I don’t share my thought to someone because I think that I might lose it and I will regret for my actions. But I just realize the mere fact that when I share this things to a person, I am not really losing up those ideas. What I am doing is just spreading it throughout but I am not giving away the things that I have. It is a big reality in the life a teacher. A teacher used to facilitates us with our learning at school but in the process of sharing what they know, they haven’t lost anything they have. I mean the knowledge that they share with the student wasn’t gone during the process of education.
As I listen to the daily news about what’s going on with our environment, I always have my own feelings and opinions about the current events happening to us daily. Talking about AIDS who’s currently on its way to kill the life of its victims, it is very alarming for the many. Thinking so much about these matters, how these individuals do got this poisonous devil in their body? Considering the thought about sex that has been the best way on how these things go this way right now. It is so disappointing that supposedly this activity is done with the essence of love and responsibility to fulfill the task for humanity but what happened is that people tend to act same way as an animal do. We all know that there is this thing called as “Morality”. Everyone knows this but how did happened that so many individuals is currently suffering from this disease. In would only mean that they don’t really know their partner, and obviously they’re just roaming around and see if there someone at the corner who’s on the mode to do the thing. I know it’s been the really of many. I had talked with several people who used to know me and who are very close to me. I know a lot of people who spend times on the bed with somebody just for the sake of pleasure. The sad thing there is that they don’t care about morality and everything else. Instead they only need to release the heat building up inside. For me it is a great crisis towards the morality of those people. These things are considered to be sacred and should be done only by a man and woman bonded together by the marriage. And also even married people should consider that it is not a thing to enjoy but a task be done for humanity. I’m trying to share this because I think this is the right way of living the life of a real human. I learned this when I was in college because there is a subject in our school that has been always with us until the last year of our schooling. We don’t act like an animal because man is made highest among the creatures.
