Way back during the time that I was still a trainee of a certain multinational company, I have this few teammates whom I mingle with. They were very nice and we do have a good relationship as teammates and as friends. We shared something that we do just for fun such as playing DOTA after work. Though there are some stuff that we shared a passion with there are also other things that our interests never coincide. Just like when talking about pets, some of them are into the usual pets that we have at home like dogs and cats. But there are these two fellows who seemed to be having a different wild interest about having pets. We were so surprised one morning when one of them brought with him his wild pet. It was a tarantula, a fully grown monstrous spider. Some of our teammates there especially the girls were screaming when this friend of ours tried to make crazy things like scaring them with his pet. But at the end he was able to lets the girls handle his pet with care and I think they were not that afraid anymore.

I was awakened by my grandma trying to ask me of her lost teeth. It was her dentures that she was madly searching for her lost teeth. She was scream “Wear is that teeth? Did anyone saw my teeth? It’s missing!” She even showed me her empty gum and it’s really nasty. I went down stair to look for the denture and luckily a tooth on the ground grabs my eyes. I was trying to believe that she left it at the garden yesterday during her siesta. I was hoping that it was still fine and I can still retrieve her lost teeth.

So sad to say that when I saw our pet dog playing at the corner of the garden with a reddish thing. I take some step to take a clear look at what the dog was chewing. I was shocked because it was my grandma’s lost denture. I was hoping that she won’t know about it but to be fair the dog ran at her and with the teeth she was looking for. What she did is, she took the denture from the dog’s mouth and hit the dog with her staff. She was so worried about it and maybe tomorrow we can bring her to the dentist for the replacement of her broken dentures.

We often see dogs with their tail docked. Tail docking is a painful procedure wherein a dog’s tail is cut right down nearest to the base of it leaving just a small portion measuring around just a few centimeters. Usually, this is done on puppies between 2-5 days old. There are several ways of how people conduct the cutting operation but in veterinary clinics, vets uses proper cutting tools like clamps. It’s primarily painful because there is no anesthesia taken into the dog’s body during the operation. Well, at least it is conducted under a sterile environment compared to some people doing it outside which in most cases leads to death.

Inside the subdivision where we are living right now, we have some regulations for certain things for the sake of peace, cleanliness, and order. But, sometimes even professional people can really be idiot when it comes to that. The administration of our village has once told us to never have a pet like dogs, cats, or even cocks. Well, due to the stupidity of this neighbor who, in fact are both professionals, they had a dog which always woofing especially at nighttime. The regulation about these pets has been made to ensure that each resident will be safe away from disturbance since we are in a raw house format here.

My mother used to tell me this true story about this true story about the father’s hen. He had it for breeding purposes. A day ago, this hen once showed a very peculiar behavior when together with her chicks they were heading across a river and it was really hard for them to reach the other end. Well, throughout the risky river cross some of her chicks successfully went to the safe place and was able to eat the food that my father prepared for them. Unfortunately, one was left at the other side of the river and that chick seems to find it hard to handle. So, here is the trickiest part now. The hen went over to the location of her poor little chick. The scenario was like the hen was trying to guide that poor chick on how to cross that river. She went back and forth like she was trying to convince her kid that it’ll be fine but nothing happened at all. So what the hen did was that she crouches down and lays her back for her chick. The little chick climb over the back of her mother and then the hen flew crossing across the river with her little kid at her back. We never saw that one and mother was telling me I have captured a video or even just a picture of it if it happened that I was there. Well, I know they won’t make a mess with me and so I trust their story.

Soon, if given a chance to have a pet then I want a dog. Well, just like what I’ve discovered lately, I will name it Yogi & Booboo. Just a sort of application of what I just got. It’s good to have some pets that you can cuddle with, after a tiresome day. Then also, it’s a means of implementing regular exercise because dogs need time to get out and take some walks. Well, that’s another entry to my wish list.

Choosing names for pet dog/s differs among each pet owner. Some will just make it as easy as one-two-three. There are also some pet owners who want to make it special. But, do you know that there’s a site that deals with dog naming. There are lots of choices for picky ones because it’s organized according to category. I tried to visit it and surf it up. I chose Cute Couple Pet Names as it sounds really cute. Well, as expected, there were several names that are hit for me but the best was Yogi & Booboo. This is one of the pets in our house. Actually, this is the pet of my sister who is in the USA right now. She named this “Mingkay” and he also tamed this one. Anyway, this is the guard of our house against those snakes, rats and other wild creatures. Even if this cat is so small but he is the best guard and the best pet ever!

Look how handsome it this kitty of ours! He kinda photogenic guy who loves to post in front of camera shutters. Well this cat has been very charming towards us but sometimes he does crazy things like stealing a piece of fish. That’s why sometimes when mama caught him on the act, this cute cat suffers several spank and punch since mama never forgives a naughty cat like him. But it only happens seldom since he only takes and attack whenever there’s no food in his bowl. So that’s why we always got to leave food for him because we don’t want to hurt this lovable cat always.

My mother is a very good pet owner. She always gives special treatment and care for our pets. That’s why our pets are very loyal to us. We have three dogs and a cat that’s very affectionate to us as their loving owner. They are our stress reliever when we got home very tired from the long day of work and also our best friends since they do comfort us when we felt lonesome, sad, and even angry.
